Technology Package definition

Technology Package means the Technical Information relating to the topics listed in Technical Appendix A to the Technology Service Agreement.
Technology Package means all relevant documents relating to the Intellectual Property, regulatory information, biological materials, manufacturing and CMC and other materials owned and/or Controlled by Momenta, necessary for CSL to exercise its rights under the license, to be included in the Technology Transfer Plan.
