Technology Migration definition

Technology Migration means the migration by Customer from one Company provided Service that reduces Customer’s Total Service Charges.

Examples of Technology Migration in a sentence

  • The Technology Migration Fee may be refinanced in the new lease or paid to the Lessor in one lump sum upon signing a new lease.

  • To effect this migration, Lessee will pay a "Technology Migration Fee," which is reflected as a percentage of the replaced equipment's original cost.

  • SKUs that have standard promotional discounts (promotional and Technology Migration Program discounts) will be allowed into the eAgent program.

  • If Customer is unable to satisfy the TVC solely as a result of Technology Migration, Technology Change Business Divestiture or Business Downtown (as each is defined below), then Company agrees to waive Underutilization Charges as provide in subsections (a) through (d) below.

  • This does not include any promotional discounts or Technology Migration Program (trade-in) discounts.
