Technology Forum has the meaning given to “National Technology Forum” in Schedule 6.1; Technology Forum IPR means all Intellectual Property Rights in any documentation, materials or information made available by the Contractor in the course of the Technology Forum or developed by the Contractor, either solely or jointly with any other attendee at the Technology Forum, in the course of the Technology Forum (but excluding any Specially Written Software, Contractor’s Software or Third Party Software and Documentation developed in the course of the Technology Forum);
