Technology/ Formulation definition
Technology/ Formulation means “LERC’s Technical Information” like raw materials information, formulation, raw material vendor information, manufacturing process details and other information possessed and/or acquired and/or developed by LERC etc., related to the manufacture of “ Handheld Leak Testers (DETECT)” and furnished directly or indirectly by LERC to M/s ---------------- ( Name of Vendor) and includes the Intellectual Property vested in LERC thereto.
Technology/ Formulation means “LERC’s Technical Information” like raw materials information, formulation, raw material vendor information, manufacturing process details and other information possessed and/or acquired and/or developed by LERC etc., related to the manufacture of “Domestic LPG Stoves with Retrofits to achieve Higher Thermal efficiency ( about 75% ) as per LERC Technology ” and furnished directly or indirectly by LERC to M/s ---------------- ( Name of Vendor) and includes the Intellectual Property vested in LERC thereto.
