Technology Equipment definition

Technology Equipment means technology assets including mainframe computers, servers, general computer equipment, printers, monitors, hard drives, memory, storage devices and call centers/ACD systems but excluding Flight Simulators, as more fully described in the appraisal with respect thereto prepared as of July 14, 2004 by American Appraisal Associates.
Technology Equipment means the equipment identified on Exhibit A.
Technology Equipment means telecommunication equipment, data processing equipment (including computers).

  • The lease for the New Technology Equipment will contain terms and conditions substantially similar to those for the replaced equipment and will have an Initial Term not less than the balance of the remaining Initial Term for the replaced equipment.
