Technology Documentation definition

Technology Documentation means all information, instructions, manuals, designs, drawings, models, samples, schematics, experimental or test data, notes, charts, reports, specifications, prototypes and other information:
Technology Documentation means all designs, drawings, specifications, test information, vendor lists, source and object code versions of the software incorporated into or used by Com21 to design, manufacture or maintain the Products and all other data and information owned by Com21 or to which Com21 has the right to grant sublicenses with respect to the design, manufacture and use of the Products. The Technology Documentation will include a list of third party technology, if any, in the Products to which Com21 cannot sublicense the rights envisioned by the manufacturing license below, and persons at such third parties to contact regarding obtaining licenses. The Technology Documentation will further include a list of consultants, if any, whom Com21 reasonably believes could provide technical support to 3Com in connection with 3Com's exercising of the rights under the manufacturing license below. Prior to the date of first shipment of the Product by Com21 to 3Com, the parties will attach an exhibit to the Headend Distribution Agreement that sets forth a complete list of the Technology Documentation that exists as of such date. Com21 shall update such Technology Documentation if it updates its own archival copy of the Technology Documentation.

The Technology Documentation will further include a list of consultants, if any, whom Company reasonably believes could provide technical support to 3Com in connection with 3Com's exercising of the fights under the manufacturing license below. Attached as Exhibit F to this Agreement is a complete list of the Technology Documentation that exists as of such date. Company shall update such Technology Documentation if it updates its own archival copy of the Technology Documentation.

More Definitions of Technology Documentation

Technology Documentation as used in this Escrow Agreement has the same meaning as set forth in Section 1.23 of the Reseller Agreement.
