Technology Development Services definition

Technology Development Services has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a).
Technology Development Services means the MAXIMUS services set forth on Exhibit 2.1A relating to development and maintenance of MAXe for Integrated Eligibility, and for which Accenture shall assume operational responsibility pursuant to this Amendment. For the avoidance of doubt, MAXe for Integrated Eligibility is the Oracle-based MAXe product currently in use for performance of the Integrated Eligibility Processing Services
Technology Development Services means services related to the design and development of hardware and software related to WebHouse's business.

  • From and after the Technology Development Transition Date, Accenture shall perform the Technology Development Services in such a manner as to maintain the level of business performance enabled by MAXe at a level at least equal to business performance as of the Technology Development Transition Date.

  • The Parties acknowledge that modifications of the Licensed Technology as a result of the performance of Technology Development Services or Special Services may have the effect of increasing or decreasing the costs to Company of performing the Base Services, including the costs of maintenance of the Licensed Technology.

  • From and after the Technology Development Transition Date, failure to provide reasonable assistance to Accenture in respect of Accenture’s performance of the Technology Development Services shall be deemed to be a material breach pursuant to Section 8.1 of the Agreement.

  • MAXIMUS shall retain responsibility for (1) all operations that comprise the Technology Development Services prior to the Technology Development Transition Date, including, without limitation, the performance of the Technology Development Transition, (2) the development, support, and maintenance of the MAXe software for Enrollment Broker and CHIP, and (3) all break/fix maintenance obligations and related activities for the MAXe software for periods after March 31, 2007.

  • Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, no Service Modification proposed by Company shall (i) result in additional Service Fees, costs or expenses to Triad or (ii) count towards hours allocated to Technology Development Services under Section 2.1(e).
