Technology Consulting definition

Technology Consulting as used in this Agreement means instructions of useful knowledge among the technical advices specified in the Rules which AIST provides based on their own accumulated technology potential with a certain effort of AIST’s employees upon being commissioned from the Client who bears all the related expenses.
