Technology Collaboration definition

Technology Collaboration means the research and development activities to be performed under this Agreement that are intended to discover and develop novel technologies to enable the development of therapeutics based on CRISPR-Cas with optimal therapeutic properties.
Technology Collaboration means the research activities undertaken by the Parties hereto as set forth in Article 2 and Schedule 2.1.

Related to Technology Collaboration

  • Collaboration Know-How means all Know-How conceived, discovered, developed or otherwise made by or on behalf of a particular Party or any of its Affiliates or permitted subcontractors of any of the foregoing (solely or jointly by or on behalf of a particular Party or any of its Affiliates or permitted subcontractors of any of the foregoing) in the course of [***].

  • Collaboration has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Collaboration IP means Collaboration Know-How and Collaboration Patents.

  • Collaboration Technology means all Collaboration Patents and Collaboration Know-How.

  • Research Project means a discrete scientific endeavor to answer a research question or a set of research questions related to medical marijuana and is required for a medical marijuana research license.

  • Product Technology means the Product Know-How and Product Patents.
