Technically Competent Person definition

Technically Competent Person means a person possessing the qualifications, experience and technical competence to abide by the conditions of the Permit;
Technically Competent Person means a person possessing the qualifications, experience and technical competence to carry out the Specified Waste Management Operations safely and with minimum risk to human health and the environment, and to abide by the conditions of the Permit;
