  • When drafting the Technical Workscope consideration shall be given as to the need to obtain records of maintenance and/or alteration to the equipment/plant to be supplied.

  • The Employer’s Representative may vary the quantity and type of Plant to be provided and maintained to the extent and frequency detailed in the Preliminaries or the Technical Workscope.
