Technical Surveillance. The CSC Technical Monitor is designated on the Signature Page of this Agreement. The performance of the work required under this Agreement shall be subject to the technical surveillance of CSC’s Technical Monitor or such other person(s) (e.g., the Associate Technical Monitor for a specific delivery order) as may be designated in writing by the Contracts Manager named herein. The Seller hereby agrees to permit CSC employees who are assigned to this program to confer with those employees designated by the Seller and assigned hereto, provided such actions are not unreasonable and will not interfere with the progress of the work. Any technical direction that may be given by any such employees with actual or potential impact on cost, schedule, or deliverables should be reported immediately, in writing to the CSC Contracts Manager and must be authorized by CSC in writing or other reasonable means dictated by the situation prior to implementing such direction.
Technical Surveillance. The performance of the work required under this Agreement shall be subject to the technical surveillance of ICI’s Technical Manager, as noted on the signature page of this Agreement, or such other person(s) as may be designated in writing by the ICI Subcontract Administrator. The ICI Technical Manager is not authorized to change any of the terms and conditions of the Agreement or any Task Order. Changes to the scope of work will be made only by the ICI Subcontract Administrator and will be done by modifying this Agreement or any of its Task Orders.
Technical Surveillance. Buyer and authorized representatives of Buyer's customers shall have direct access to all areas of Seller's and Seller's subcontractors' plants where work under this PO is being performed, to review progress and witness testing of the Items related to this PO. Seller shall include this clause in all of Seller's subcontracts under this PO.

  • TECHNICAL EVALUATION (a) Detailed technical evaluation shall be carried out by Purchase Committee pursuant to conditions in the tender document to determine the substantial responsiveness of each tender. For this clause, the substantially responsive bid is one that conforms to all the eligibility and terms and condition of the tender without any material deviation.
