Technical Showstopper definition

Technical Showstopper means a technical problem which prevents the development of a Beta Minus Source, Beta Source, or HVM Source, due to the laws of physics, or as otherwise mutually agreed by the Parties in writing. Upon identification of a Technical Showstopper the Parties shall promptly meet and determine a mutually acceptable course of action.

Related to Technical Showstopper

  • Technical Support means the technical assistance for attempting resolution of a reported Case through error correction, patches, hot fixes, workarounds, replacement deliveries, or any other type of Product corrections or modifications.

  • Fabrication means intentional and unauthorized falsification or invention of any information or citation.

  • Rotogravure coating means the application of a coating material to a substrate by means of a roll coating technique in which the pattern to be applied is recessed relative to the non-image area, and the coating material is picked up in these recessed areas and is transferred to the substrate.

  • Classroom teacher means a teacher subject to annual performance evaluation review under the provisions of Education Law Section 3012-c.

  • Technical Support Services means the technical support and maintenance Services provided by us according to our then-current technical support policy and procedure listed at ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ (“Technical Support Policy”) when the Services are purchased.
