Technical safety definition

Technical safety. All use of stage space, rigging, and technical equipment must be in accordance with accepted stagecraft standards, and all users must abide by all safety procedures and requirements of the Lessor. All specific technical needs must be coordinated and approved by Lessor’s Technical Director. The Technical Director shall provide the final decision should a standard or procedure be in question, or if any of Lessee’s employees or assigns act in an unsafe manner.
Technical safety means the entirety of requirements prescribed under this Law and other legal acts for energy facilities and equipment ensuring their reliability and safety.
