Technical Proposal Fee (TPF) definition

Technical Proposal Fee (TPF) means all costs and expenses a DBF incurs while preparing the TP, the GMP, and the GCD. The TPF shall be included as part of the GMP. However, the City offers no TPF compensation to the DBF if negotiations are unsuccessful.

Related to Technical Proposal Fee (TPF)

  • Technical Proposal means the Contractor’s Technical Proposal dated (Technical Proposal date).

  • TO Technical Proposal means the TO Contractor’s technical response to the CATS+ TORFP dated date of TO Technical Proposal.

  • Project Proposal has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(b).

  • TO Proposal - Technical means the TO Contractor’s technical response to the CATS TORFP dated date of TO Proposal – Technical.

  • approved proposal means a proposal approved or determined under this Agreement;
