Technical Problems definition

Technical Problems means, in respect of any Products, design related defects, or faulty or deficient Specifications, whether as originally provided by GenMark to Leica or as changed at the request of GenMark pursuant to Section 14.7.2, or any defects which are not directly attributable to Warranty Non Compliance.

  • Assistance in Technical Problems Company shall, at its own expense, assist Direct Selling Agent and customers of the Services in all ways deemed reasonable by Company in the solution of any problems relating to the Services.

  • Assistance in Technical Problems Company shall, at its own expense, assist Direct Selling Agent and customers of the Goods/services in all ways deemed reasonable by Company in the solution of any problems relating to the Goods/services.

  • Provider promptly shall (A) notify CloudFabrix of any problems Provider is unable to resolve using commercially reasonable efforts, and (B) escalate to CloudFabrix any Technical Problems that are within CloudFabrix’s exclusive scope of responsibility under Section 5(a)(ii).

  • Additionally, CloudFabrix shall at all times remain exclusively responsible for resolving any Technical Problems.

  • Humanscale shall not be responsible for any problem, error or malfunction relating to the Web Application resulting from the performance or failure of Equipment, thefailure or disruption of any telecommunications service, Internet connection, Internet service provider, or any other third-party communications provider, or any other failure or problem not attributable to Humanscale or its Representatives ("Technical Problems").

  • Customer service inquiries relating to Technical Problems should be directed toEGT.

  • CloudFabrix shall provide Provider with second line support and maintenance services for the term of this Agreement (and as provided in Section 11(c)(ii)) to assist Provider in responding to such Customers with respect to any Technical Problems or other problems that Provider is not able to resolve using commercially reasonable efforts in accordance with Section 5(a)(i).

Related to Technical Problems

  • Technical Support Services means the technical support and maintenance Services provided by us according to our then-current technical support policy and procedure listed at ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ (“Technical Support Policy”) when the Services are purchased.

  • QA means Quality Assurance.

  • technical specification means a document that prescribes technical requirements to be fulfilled by a product, process or service;
