Technical Preview definition

Technical Preview when applied to a service means that service is under active development, and subject to the terms of clause 4.11 and all sub-clauses within; and
Technical Preview means a service or software that is under active development and in stages of testing. Its purpose is to establish a feedback loop, allowing customers to influence its development and direction. Backward incompatible changes may be introduced to the service or its APIs. Services or software classified as Technical Preview are not recommended for production workloads; and
Technical Preview. OR “RELEASE CANDIDATE”, this paragraph also applies to your use of the Software and Related Materials. Beta, Technical Preview, and Release Candidate versions of the Software, or components within the Software, are considered pre-release software and so may contain defects and errors. You accept all risks of using these versions of the Software whether or not the risks are foreseeable or reasonable.
