  • SBIR Phase III Project Requests It will be incumbent upon the MCDC member, on their own with some general support and guidance from the CMF, to find a Government Technical POC with both (1) available funding and (2) an interest in furthering technology developed under a current or prior SBIR project.

  • Tickets must be assigned a preliminary type and priority classification by the Ordering Activity’s Technical POC with pertinent request types and priorities outlined below.

  • For Application Issue P1 tickets, the Appian’s Elite Services technical manager will initiate a preliminary analysis, subject to the level of effort (“▇▇▇”) requirements listed below, and respond to the Ordering Activity’s Technical POC or sponsor by email and/or phone within eight (8) business hours of receiving the corresponding ticket on Trac.

  • The Elite Services technical manager will work with the Ordering Activity’s Technical POC or sponsor to investigate and analyze the issue to determine the appropriate resource to resolve the issue.

  • Appian may provide the following possible tasks as part of the Elite Services, depending upon the requests made by the Technical POC.

  • When Elite Services have been provided, Appian will provide a monthly status report to the Ordering Activity Technical POC detailing the Elite Services performed in the immediately preceding month.
