TECHNICAL OPERATING PLAN has the meaning set forth in Section 1.2. ------------------------
TECHNICAL OPERATING PLAN means the research plan for the conduct of the collaboration set forth in present form in Exhibit B hereto. The Technical Operating Plan may be modified from time to time by the JRC in accordance with Section 3.1.
