Technical Official definition

Technical Official means the person(s) appointed by the Bowls NZ Tournament Director to officiate and umpire at a National Event to ensure compliance with the Conditions of Play, this Regulation, and the Laws of the Sport.
Technical Official means any person acting as a score table official, statistician or Referee or Referee coach at any Game.
Technical Official means an official appointed either by HV or a responsible person at a regional hockey facility to whom the umpires choose to delegate control of the time keeping of a match.
