The Parties shall require that the Technical Mediator render a written recommendation on the Technical Dispute as soon as practicable after the close of the hearing but, in any case, no later than fifteen (15) Days after the close of the hearing.
Proceedings before the Technical Mediator shall be held in San ▇▇▇▇, Puerto Rico, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by the Parties.
