Technical Deviation Request definition

Technical Deviation Request means an agreed change order from the Purchase Order Acknowledgment and may include deviations in raw materials, product design and resulting technical specifications, norms and standards, tests to be conducted, packing materials and delivery instructions, among others.

  • Mediation Request shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.2.

  • Information Request means a request for any Information under the FOI Legislation.

  • Interconnection Request means a Generation Interconnection Request, a Transmission Interconnection Request and/or an IDR Transfer Agreement.

  • Corporation Request or "Corporation Order" shall mean a written request or order signed in the name of the Corporation by an Officer and delivered to the Debenture Trustee.

  • Arbitration Request shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.3(a).
