Technical Deliverable definition

Technical Deliverable means a document or product comprising Technical Information which is required to be provided to the Authority under the terms of the Contract.
Technical Deliverable means a Deliverable that is not a Software Deliverable but for which Specifications are set out in the SOW pursuant to which that Deliverable is delivered.

  • In accordance with DEFCON 705 the Contractor shall provide a Full Rights Version of each specified Technical Deliverable.

Related to Technical Deliverable

  • Locational Deliverability Area or “LDA” shall mean a geographic area within the PJM Region that has limited transmission capability to import capacity to satisfy such area’s reliability requirement, as determined by the Office of the Interconnection in connection with preparation of the Regional Transmission Expansion Plan, and as specified in Reliability Assurance Agreement, Schedule 10.1.

  • Custom Deliverable means the Work Product that Contractor is required to deliver to the Eligible User under this Contract.

  • Final Delivery Date means the date the Supplier is entitled to deliver the Products form the Purchaser even if the Products have not been called off as agreed in any Sales Agreement.

  • Initial Delivery Date has the meaning set forth in Section 1.1(d).

  • Locational Deliverability Area Reliability Requirement means the projected internal capacity in the Locational Deliverability Area plus the Capacity Emergency Transfer Objective for the Delivery Year, as determined by the Office of the Interconnection in connection with preparation of the Regional Transmission Expansion Plan, less the minimum internal resources required for all FRR Entities in such Locational Deliverability Area.

In the event Counterparty shall not have delivered the full number of Shares otherwise deliverable as a result of this paragraph 5 (the resulting deficit, the “Deficit Shares”), Counterparty shall be continually obligated to deliver, from time to time until the full number of Deficit Shares have been delivered pursuant to this paragraph, Shares when, and to the extent that, (i) Shares are repurchased, acquired or otherwise received by Counterparty or any of its subsidiaries after the date hereof (whether or not in exchange for cash, fair value or any other consideration), (ii) authorized and unissued Shares reserved for issuance in respect of other transactions prior to such date which prior to the relevant date become no longer so reserved or (iii) Counterparty additionally authorizes any unissued Shares that are not reserved for other transactions. Counterparty shall promptly notify Dealer of the occurrence of any of the foregoing events (including the number of Shares subject to clause (i), (ii) or (iii) and the corresponding number of Shares to be delivered) and promptly deliver such Shares thereafter.

  • Technical Direction means developing work statements, determining parameters, directing other Contractors' operations, or resolving technical controversies.

  • SAP Training Catalogue means the catalogue published by SAP containing details of SAP training courses and services.

  • Technical Specifications means the detailed requirements for the Work furnished by the Architect and set forth in Book 3 of the Contract Documents.

  • Subscription Software means software provided and hosted in the Computing Environment by SAP on a subscription basis as part of the HEC Subscription offering as identified in the Order Form.

  • Runtime Product means the version specific files and application program interfaces (APIs) specified in the RUNTIME.TXT file provided with SAP Crystal Reports 2008, SAP Crystal Reports for Eclipse 2.0, and SAP Crystal Reports for Visual Studio 2010.

  • Customer Specific Training means a private Course organized on demand specifically for Customer.

  • Software Products and “Software” are interchangeable and mean software, computer source codes and other computer programs.

  • Software Updates means the Software releases, service packs, build updates or emergency fixes released from time to time in accordance with the Vocera’s update policy for such Software.
