Technical violation means a noncriminal violation of the conditions of parole. This rule is intended to implement Iowa Code section 905.7.
Gas Supply Deficiency means any occurrence relating to Seller's gas supply which causes Seller to deliver less than the total requirements of its system, including failures of suppliers to deliver gas for any reason, requirement of gas for system storage, conservation of gas for future delivery, or any other occurrence which is not enumerated herein which affects Seller's gas supply.
Mental deficiency means mental deficiency as defined by appropriate clinical authorities to such extent that a person so afflicted is incapable of managing himself and his affairs, but shall not include mental illness as defined herein.
Significant deficiency means a shortcoming in the system that materially affects the ability of officials of the Department of Defense to rely upon information produced by the system that is needed for management purposes.
Covenant Compliance Worksheet means a fully completed worksheet in the form of Attachment A to Exhibit C.
High Quality Short-Term Debt Instrument means any instrument having a maturity at issuance of less than 366 days and which is rated in one of the highest two rating categories by a Nationally Recognized Statistical Rating Agency (Moody’s and S&P).
major non-compliance outcome notification means a notification received by a council under section 19N(3) or (4) of the Food Act 1984, or advice given to council by an authorized officer under that Act, of a deficiency that does not pose an immediate serious threat to public health but may do so if no remedial action is taken
Goods Specification means any specification for the Goods, including any related plans and drawings, as set out in the Order or otherwise agreed in writing by Get Living and the Supplier;
IS Specification means the Specification of latest edition with amendments, if any, up to time of receipt of tender by Corporation issued by the Bureau of Indian Standards as referred to in the specifications and / or work orders.
Swap Specification means, with respect to any Swap, the Rules or other trading protocols containing specifications for such Swap, as adopted, amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time by BSEF.
Class specification means a written description of a class setting forth factors and conditions which are essential characteristics of positions in that class.
Performing Note Deficiency means any time that less than 65% of the then aggregate outstanding principal amount of all Equipment Notes are Performing Equipment Notes.
Net Proceeds Deficiency shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.4(b)(vi) hereof.
Locational Deliverability Area Reliability Requirement means the projected internal capacity in the Locational Deliverability Area plus the Capacity Emergency Transfer Objective for the Delivery Year, as determined by the Office of the Interconnection in connection with preparation of the Regional Transmission Expansion Plan, less the minimum internal resources required for all FRR Entities in such Locational Deliverability Area.
Technical Failure means the discontinuation of Development or Commercialization of a Product for technical, scientific, medical or regulatory reasons, including, but, not limited to, unacceptable preclinical toxicity, demonstration of a side effect profile significantly worse than currently marketed products, or inability to manufacture in an acceptable purity or for an acceptable price.

Spread Account Deficiency means the excess, if any, of the Required Spread Account Amount over the Available Spread Account Amount.

Default Requirement means the amount specified as being applicable to the Reference Entity in the Standard, or its equivalent in the relevant Obligation Currency (or, if no such amount is specified, U.S.$ 10,000,000 or its equivalent in the relevant Obligation Currency) in either case, as of the occurrence of the relevant Credit Event.
Reportable Compliance Event means that any Covered Entity becomes a Sanctioned Person, or is charged by indictment, criminal complaint or similar charging instrument, arraigned, or custodially detained in connection with any Anti-Terrorism Law or any predicate crime to any Anti-Terrorism Law, or has knowledge of facts or circumstances to the effect that it is reasonably likely that any aspect of its operations is in actual or probable violation of any Anti-Terrorism Law.
MSAA Indicator Technical Specifications document means, as the context requires, either or both of the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Indicator Technical Specifications November 5, 2018 Version 1.3” and the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Target and Corridor-Setting Guidelines” as they may be amended or replaced from time to time;
