Technical certificate course definition

Technical certificate course means a course that is part of the organized program of study for a technical certificate that is offered by a public institution of higher education and has been designated by the chancellor of higher education as leading to an occupation or special employment opportunity.

  • medical certificate ' means a certificate signed by a registered medical practitioner.

  • Medical certificate of fitness means a certificate valid for one year issued by an occupational health practitioner, issued in terms of these regulations, whom shall be registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa;

  • Final Certificate means the final certificate issued by the Engineer-in-Charge in accordance with the provisions hereof.

  • Initial Certification As defined in Section 2.02(a) hereof.

  • Physical Certificate As specified in the Preliminary Statement.
