Technical Cancellation Refund definition
Technical Cancellation Refund is a full refund of the event Cost which will be paid if: 1) technical problems delay or interrupt a show, which cannot be resolved within 15 minutes, and which prevent a show from running to its conclusion or, 2) if Tandem is unable, for any reason, to provide services at the specified location, date and time.
