  • Any controversies or claims including breach, termination or other claims relating to validity, arising out of, in relation to, or in connection with this Contract, shall be settled amicably between the Parties, by means of consultation or negotiation, including consultation with the Technical Assurance Partnership Team, as defined in Volume 3 (Prerequisites and Introduction to the Special Specifications).
