Technical Associate definition

Technical Associate means a person primarily engaged in assisting in the manufacturing of equipment and components who is not a Salaried Associate.
Technical Associate as used in this Agreement means a member 11 of the bargaining unit who is not a Professional Technician and whose 12 primary responsibility is to provide technical support to employees engaged 13 in the supervision or conduct of research activities through the University.
