technical assistance means any technical support related to repairs, development, manufacture, assembly, testing, maintenance, or any other technical service, and may take forms such as instruction, advice, training, transmission of working knowledge or skills or consulting services; including verbal forms of assistance;
Directory Assistance Service includes, but is not limited to, making available to callers, upon request, information contained in the Directory Assistance Database. Directory Assistance Service includes, where available, the option to complete the call at the caller's direction. "Directory Listings" or "Listings" are any information identifying the listed names of subscribers of a Telecommunications Carrier or Provider, as applicable, and such subscribers' telephone numbers, addresses, or primary advertising classifications (as such classifications are assigned at the time of the establishment of such service), or any combination of such listed names, numbers, addresses or classifications: (1) that the Telecommunications Carrier and/or Provider provides or uses for the purpose of publishing the Listings in any directory format; or (2) that the Telecommunications Carrier and/or Provider provides or uses in Directory Assistance Service, Directory Assistance List Service, or for other lawful purposes.
Personal assistance services means a range of services including, among other things, training in managing, supervising, and directing personal assistance services, provided by one or more persons, that are designed to assist an individual with a disability to perform daily living activities on or off the job that the individual would typically perform without assistance if the individual did not have a disability. The services are also designed to increase the individual's control in life and ability to perform everyday activities on or off the job; necessary to the achievement of an employment outcome; and provided only while the individual is receiving other vocational rehabilitation services.
Directory Assistance Database shall have the meaning set forth in Sections 10.5.2.2, 10.5.2.8, and 10.5.2.9.
Directory Assistance Lists shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10.6.1.1.
Medical Assistance Program means the medical assistance provided pursuant to Chapter 319v of the Connecticut General Statutes (CGS) and authorized by Title XIX of the Social Security Act. The program is also referred to as Medicaid.
Medical assistance means medical assistance as established under title XIX of the social security act, 42 USC 1396 to 1396w-5.
Directory assistance means an ancillary service of providing:
Technical Support Services means the technical support and maintenance Services provided by us according to our then-current technical support policy and procedure listed at xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx (“Technical Support Policy”) when the Services are purchased.
General Assistance means a service in which the End User dialing - 0 asks the OS operator for assistance. The operator will respond in accordance with OS methods and practices that are in effect at the time the End User makes an OS call where available and technically feasible.
Cash assistance means cash benefits provided under the family independence program, the refugee assistance program, or state disability assistance.
Termination Assistance Services has the meaning set forth in Section 18.12.
Legal assistance means provision of legal advice, counseling and representation by an attorney or other person acting under the supervision of an attorney.

Parties that are unable to use the website are entitled xx xxxx x xxxer copy mailed to them via first class mail by calling the customer service desk and indicating such. The Trustee shall have the right to change the way the monthly statements to Certificateholders are distributed in order to make such distribution more convenient and/or more accessible to the above parties and the Trustee shall provide timely and adequate notification to all above parties regarding any such changes. Within a reasonable period of time after the end of each calendar year, the Trustee shall furnish to each Person who at any time during the calendar year was the Holder of a Certificate, if requested in writing by such Person, a statement containing the information set forth in clauses (i), (ii) and (vii) of Section 5.04(a), in each case aggregated for such calendar year or applicable portion thereof during which such Person was a Certificateholder. Such obligation of the Trustee shall be deemed to have been satisfied to the extent that substantially comparable information shall be provided by the Trustee pursuant to any requirements of the Code as from time to time in force. The Trustee shall deliver to the Holders of Certificates any reports or information the Trustee is required by this Agreement or the Code, Treasury Regulations or REMIC Provisions to deliver to the Holders of Certificates, and the Trustee shall prepare and provide to the Certificateholders (by mail, telephone, or publication as may be permitted by applicable Treasury Regulations) such other reasonable information as the Trustee deems necessary or appropriate or is required by the Code, Treasury Regulations, and the REMIC Provisions including, but not limited to, (i) information to be reported to the Holders of the Residual Certificates for quarterly notices on Schedule Q (Form 1066) (which information shall be forwarded to the Holders of the Residual Certificates by the Trustee), (ii) information to be provided to the Holders of Certificates with respect to amounts which should be included as interest and original issue discount in such Holders' gross income and (iii) information to be provided to all Holders of Certificates setting forth the percentage of each REMIC's assets, determined in accordance with Treasury Regulations using a convention, not inconsistent with Treasury Regulations, selected by the Trustee in its absolute discretion, that constitute real estate assets under Section 856 of the Code, and assets described in Section 7701(a)(19)(C) of the Code; provided, however, that in setting forth the percentage of such assets of each REMIC, nothing contained in this Agreement, including without limitation Section 7.03 hereof, shall be interpreted to require the Trustee periodically to appraise the fair market values of the assets of the Trust Estate or to indemnify the Trust Estate or any Certificateholders from any adverse federal, state or local tax consequences associated with a change subsequently required to be made in the Depositor's initial good faith determinations of such fair market values (if subsequent determinations are required pursuant to the REMIC Provisions) made from time to time.

Technical Services means all services that are necessary to carry out individual, scattered site activities including but not limited to: (1) conducting initial inspections, (2) work write-up or project specification development, (3) cost estimate preparation, (4) construction supervision associated with activities that do not require an architect or engineer, (5) lead hazard reduction or lead abatement need determination and oversight, (6) lead hazard reduction or abatement carrying costs, (7) temporary relocation coordination, (8) financing costs such as security agreement preparation and recording or filing fees, (9) processing of individual applications for assistance, (10) income eligibility determination and verification, (11) value determination (new construction) or after rehabilitation value determination (existing structures), and (12) project-specific environmental clearance processes.
Number Portability Administration Center or "NPAC" means one (1) of the seven (7) regional number portability centers involved in the dissemination of data associated with ported numbers. The NPACs were established for each of the seven (7) original Xxxx Operating Company regions so as to cover the fifty (50) states, the District of Columbia and the U.S. territories in the North American Numbering Plan area. "Numbering Plan Area" or "NPA" is also sometimes referred to as an area code. It is a unique three-digit indicator that is defined by the "X," "X" and "C" digits of each 10-digit telephone number within the NANP. Each NPA contains 800 possible NXX Codes. There are two (2) general categories of NPA. "Geographic NPA" is associated with a defined geographic area and all telephone numbers bearing such NPA are associated with services provided within that geographic area. A "Non-Geographic NPA," also known as a "Service Access Code" (SAC Code), is typically associated with a specialized Telecommunications Service which may be provided across multiple geographic NPA areas; 500, Toll Free Service NPAs, 700, and 900 are examples of Non-Geographic NPAs. "NXX," "NXX Code," "Central Office Code," or "CO Code" is the three- (3)-digit Switch entity code which is defined by the "D," "E" and "F" digits of a ten- (10) digit telephone number within the NANP. "Operational Support Systems" or "OSS" shall have the meaning set forth in Section 12. "Optional Testing" is testing conducted by CenturyLink, at the request of CLEC, that is in lieu of testing CLEC should complete to isolate trouble to the CenturyLink network prior to submitting a trouble ticket to CenturyLink.
Natural Resources Assistance Council means the natural resources assistance council created pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 164.21 as well as its members and officers.
Financial Assistance Agreement means the Financial Assistance Agreement by and between the State of Wisconsin by the Department of Natural Resources and the Department of Administration and the Municipality pursuant to which the Bonds are to be issued and sold to the State, substantially in the form attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference;

Child support services means any civil, criminal or administrative action taken by the Division of
Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.
Technical Support means the technical assistance for attempting resolution of a reported Case through error correction, patches, hot fixes, workarounds, replacement deliveries, or any other type of Product corrections or modifications.
