Tech Week definition

Tech Week means a week commencing on Monday (which is a Free Day) and ending on a Sunday, scheduled after the final room-run of a production and ending with the opening night performance.

Examples of Tech Week in a sentence

  • If the ten and one half (10 1/2) hour Overnight Rest Span is not observed, EMPLOYER shall compensate each Production Staff member working two (2) productions twenty-five dollars ($25) in the Tech Week of each production, in addition to all other compensation.

  • BI will share a forecasted weekly schedule one (1) week prior to any Tech Week.

  • ARTIST will have discretion over the taking of Personal Days with the exception of Personal Days requested to be taken during the final Rehearsal Week before Tech Week, during Performance Weeks and during Tech Weeks, which must be approved by the Artistic Director.

  • The total workweek for Stage Mangers and Assistant Stage Managers during Tech Week shall not exceed 55 hours per week.

Related to Tech Week

  • Work Week means a seven (7) consecutive day week that consistently begins and ends on the same days throughout the year, i.e. Sunday through Saturday, Wednesday through Tuesday, Friday through Thursday.

  • Calendar Week means any period of seven days starting with the same day as the first day of the First Assignment;

  • Working Week means an average of 48 hours each week calculated over a 17-week reference period.

  • A week means seven days without regard to the number of hours worked in any day in that week.
