Tech Knowledge definition

Tech Knowledge means technical knowledge consisting of the processes, know-how, documentation, ideas, concepts, methodology, internally developed and licensed software, and algorithms for the development, distribution, and management of atmospheric and Earth sciences information and technology, the development, implementation and operation of MDSS, of the development, implementation, and operation of ATIS including traveler information and 511 systems and their related internet and telephony distribution systems.

  • Best Knowledge means both what a Person knew as well as what the Person should have known had the Person exercised reasonable diligence. When used with respect to a Person other than a natural person, the term "Best Knowledge" shall include matters that are known to the directors and officers of the Person.
