Team USA Athlete definition
Team USA Athlete means an individual who (i) is a current member of the USBC, and (ii) within the preceding ten (10) years, has been, or currently is, a member of Team USA and has represented the United States in the Olympic or Pan American Games, or an Operation Gold event, or a World Championship recognized by FIQ.

Any Team USA Athlete who reports, in good faith, a violation or potential violation of any Code of Conduct or policy is protected under USBC’s Whistle-Blower Policy which is detailed in Article VI of the USBC Bylaws Due Process Supplement.
