Team Treasurer definition
Team Treasurer. Each team has their own bank account. The team treasurer will keep a ledger of each individual dancer’s account showing all deposits and debits. Treasurers will send email reminders when fees are due. All fees including entry fees, costume fees etc must be turned in on time. It is not the treasurer’s responsibility to track parents down to collect fees. If fees are not turned in on time the dancer will not be entered into the competition or uniforms etc will not be ordered for that dancer if they have not paid. Stay in touch with your treasurer and keep up to date on the status of your account so you will not fall behind. Treasurer’s can give you a copy of your account when requested.
