Team Areas definition

Team Areas has the meaning set forth in Schedule 4.01.
Team Areas means the Team administrative office area, locker room area, training area, press box area, field maintenance building, dugouts, Food and Beverage Service Areas, Team novelty and souvenir sales area and all Specialized Seating Areas except the area utilized by the City of South Bend pursuant to Section 7.02 herein.
Team Areas. The Club shall have exclusive use and occupancy of the Team Areas at all times subject to the CPD’s rights.

Examples of Team Areas in a sentence

  • The Parties acknowledge and agree that the precise locations, square footage, appearance and amenities of the Common Areas and Team Areas set forth therein shall be subject to change from time to time during the Term in accordance with Section 4.05.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing start time, Licensor may schedule Other Arena Events (as defined below) on Home Dates (each, a “Shared Date”) in accordance with Section 4.04(c); provided that in no event shall the Knicks have exclusive access to the Common Areas and Team Areas any later than approximately three (3) hours prior to the start of any Home Game (or as otherwise required by League Rules).

  • Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 4.02, but subject to League Rules, Licensor and its agents and representatives shall have the right to enter into and upon any and all parts of the Arena, including the Team Areas and the Common Areas, as necessary for the purpose of carrying out its obligations under this Agreement, to operate the Arena, to perform necessary safety, security and maintenance activities and for other purposes that do not unreasonably interfere with the Knicks’ rights hereunder.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing start time, Licensor may schedule Other Arena Events (as defined below) on Home Dates (each, a “Shared Date”) in accordance with Section 4.04(c); provided that in no event shall the Rangers have exclusive access to the Common Areas and Team Areas any later than three (3) hours prior to the start of any Home Game.

  • During the Term, the Rangers may request that Licensor make alterations to the Team Areas and/or Common Areas.

  • Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 4.02, but subject to League Rules, Licensor and its agents and representatives shall have the right to enter into and upon any and all parts of the Arena, including the Team Areas and the Common Areas, as necessary for the purpose of carrying out its obligations under this Agreement, to operate the Arena, to perform necessary safety, security and maintenance activities and for other purposes that do not unreasonably interfere with the Rangers’ rights hereunder.

  • The Tides shall not commit or permit any waste on or about Stadium during the Term of this Lease nor shall it maintain, commit, or permit the maintenance or commission of any nuisance on or about Stadium or use the Team Areas or Stadium for any unlawful purposes.

  • The Team will be responsible for all light bulb replacement in the Team Areas and Common Areas of the Stadium during the term of this Stadium Agreement.

  • The Team shall be responsible for the provision of all furnishings required for its utilization of the Team Areas, except for the wooden lockers permanently installed in said areas by the Park Board.

  • The Team shall make no improvements in the Team Areas or any portion of the Stadium without the prior approval of the Park Board.
