TE Unit definition
TE Unit means “Unit,” as defined in Section 3.1(a) of the TE LLC Agreement.

For the avoidance of doubt, notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, no fractional TE Unit shall be issued.
Subject to Section 3.1(d), each Sponsor Share, Management Class B Share and TE Unit issued and outstanding as of immediately prior to the Effective Time and the General Partner Interest will be unaffected by the Merger and shall be unchanged and remain outstanding, and no consideration shall be delivered in respect thereof.
