T&E Crew means one (1) locomotive engineer and one (1) conductor provided by Amtrak for operation of Service trains if the scheduled operating time from the departure at the initial station of Los Angeles, ▇▇.▇▇ the arrival at the final station of Las Vegas, NV (or vice versa).
