TDTx Intellectual Property definition
TDTx Intellectual Property means any Intellectual Property (other than the Licensed Intellectual Property, MEE Intellectual Property or any Lonza Intellectual Property) owned or Controlled by TDTx, whether prior to, on or after the Effective Date.
