TDSO means an organization that has signed any form of agreement with HIN for data sharing. 107. Use Case means (a) a Use Case Agreement previously executed by PO; or (b the Use Case Summary, Use Case Exhibit and a Use Case Implementation Guide that PO or TDSO must follow to share specific Message Content with the HIN. 108. Use Case Implementation Guide (UCIG) means the document providing technical specifications related to Message Content and transport of Message Content between PO, HIN, and other TDSOs. Use Case Implementation Guides are made available via URLs in Exhibits.

  • PROVIDED THE NETWORK HAS PROPERLY INSTALLED, CONFIGURED, TESTED, SECURED, AND MAINTAINED THE SERVICES, THE NETWORK SHALL HAVE NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR OR LIABILITY RELATED TO THE ACCURACY, CONTENT, CURRENCY, COMPLETENESS, OR DELIVERY OF ANY MESSAGE CONTENT PROVIDED BY A TDSO TO THE SERVICES.

  • In the normal course of operations, TDSO will allow its Users to submit Messages that seek Message Content for Treatment, Payment and/or Healthcare Operations and shall exchange Message Content with other Users for Treatment, Payment and/or Healthcare Operations in accordance with this Agreement consistent with the standards for health information exchange in applicable Federal and state law.

  • Nothing in this Section 19.12 prevents a TDSO from terminating this Agreement in accordance with Section 4.2 during a force majeure event.

  • RSC means the Regional Security Coordinator(s) (RSC(s)) appointed for CCR Hansa, unless it is explicitly otherwise stated, according to Article 77(1)(a) of the SO Regulation that will perform the tasks allocated to this(these) RSC(s) according to Article 77(1)(c)(i) of the SO Regulation;
