TDL Group definition

TDL Group means The Doctors Laboratory Limited and its Group and Health Service Laboratories LLP and its Group ‘Test‘ means a pathology test of the type referred to in the Agreement Details to be carried out by TDL on a Sample, and ‘Testing’ means the process of conducting that Test and reporting the results to the Client. ‘UKAS’ means the United Kingdom Accreditation Service, or any successor to it.
