TDAF refers to Plaintiff/Counterclaim-Defendant TD Auto Finance, LLC, now known as TD Bank, N.A. On December 31, 2021, a merger of TDAF and TD Bank, N.A. was completed, with TD Bank N.A. thereafter owning and operating TDAF.
