TCUO definition
TCUO means the total number of Common Units Outstanding, (b) “PCU” means the product, expressed as a decimal, of (i) the total number of Common Units Outstanding divided by the total number of Units Outstanding and (ii) .9899 and (c) CMP means the Current Market Price as of such date.
