TCSA definition

TCSA means that certain “Thermal Cycler Supplier Agreemententered into between the Parties effective as of December 22, 2004.
TCSA means Thales Contact Solutions SA a French societe anonyme whose registered office is at 18 avenue Dutartre, 78150 Le Chesnay, France;
TCSA means the Amended and Restated Thermal Cycler Supplier Agreement entered into between Bio-Rad, MJ Research and Applera of even date herewith.

  • A term or part of a term of the TCSA that is illegal or unenforceable may be severed from the agreement and the remaining terms or parts of the terms of the agreement continue in force.

  • In the TCSA, except where the contrary intention is expressed, the following definitions are used.

  • With a tailored TCSA contract, you can access 24/7 remote monitoring and diagnostic support services from operating and engineering specialists at NERC-compliant remote operating centers.

  • Each party must, in performing its obligations under the TCSA, comply with all applicable laws and any applicable policies set out in the Order Form.

  • The TCSA is governed by the law of the Australian Capital Territory and each party irrevocably and unconditionally submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
