TCS Operation means a package of works/services to be performed/rendered by the Operator upon the terms and conditions of the Operator Agreement to ensure adequate technical conditions of the TCS throughout the year, assessment of its technical condition, repair of its component elements and equipment including replacement of certain infrastructure elements if they lose their essential functional properties and serviceability of software required for normal and trouble-free operation of the TCS.
