TCPC Termination Fee has the meaning set forth in Section 9.2(b)(i).
Examples of TCPC Termination Fee in a sentence
The TCPC Termination Fee shall be paid by wire transfer of immediately available funds to an account designated in writing to TCPC by BCIC if BCIC shall have furnished to TCPC wire payment instructions prior to the date of payment or, otherwise, by certified or official bank check.
In the event that the TCPC Termination Fee becomes payable and is paid by TCPC pursuant to this Section 9.2(b), the TCPC Termination Fee shall be BCIC’s sole and exclusive remedy for monetary damages under this Agreement.
