TCOC Performance definition

TCOC Performance means the Hospital’s average total cost of care for Medicare FFS Beneficiaries who incurred either Geographic Costs or Episodic Costs at the Hospital, as determined in accordance with section 3.9(c).

  • TCOC Performance – a measure of the Contractor’s performance on TCOC during the Contract Year, as described in Section 4.3.D.3.

  • Final Performance means the Final Valuation Price divided by the Initial Price(Settlement) each in respect of the Worst Performing Underlying Asset as calculated in respect of the Final Valuation Date. "Final Valuation Date" means 29 November 2027, subject to adjustment.
