TCMP definition

TCMP is defined in Section 2.3(b)(ii).
TCMP means the yield calculated by Lender by taking the Linear Interpolation of the yields for the average nominal Treasury Constant Maturities Percentage for the most current week prior to prepayment as shown in the latest published index (which index is calculated by the U.S. Treasury and presently published in Document H.15 (519) issued by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System titled “Federal Reserve Statistical Release”) with maturity dates (one longer and one shorter) most nearly approximating the number of months remaining until the Maturity Date.
