TCID definition

TCID is as defined in the preamble to this Agreement.
TCID means the Technical Committee for Institutional Development established within MOE’s Higher Commission for Training;
TCID has the meaning set forth in the recitals to this Agreement.

Examples of TCID in a sentence

  • The change control procedure of the ANIDOA and TCID, which will respectively govern changes to these procedures, shall take into account Exhibit 3 (Change Control Procedure).

  • Should a functionality already be implemented in the XBID System at the time of signature of the Agreement, such functionality can be used by the TSOs as long as there is a tested procedure for it and such procedure is included in Exhibit 6 (Joint XBID Procedures) or in the TCID, and also provided this use is in compliance with the XBID-DSA License.

  • No single Relevant Party can be held to pay the whole amount for the other Relevant Parties and it is up to the Relevant Parties to organise recourse claims between them, by way of TCID and Nemo-Only Agreement respectively, or Local Arrangements, as the case may be.

  • The execution and delivery by TCID of, the performance of TCID under, and the consummation by TCID of the transactions contemplated by, this Agreement and the Transaction Documents to which it is a party have been duly and validly authorized by all action by or on behalf of TCID.

  • The PAPR equipment will be inspected annually by TCID and returned to SASH after inspection.

Related to TCID

  • CID means a contiguous geographic area, designated by the Council for the levying of an additional rate on rateable properties within its boundaries to finance improvements and upgrades of the district to be carried out by its management body as contemplated in section 22 of the MPRA, which may be further categorised as a Residential Improvement District, Mixed-Use Improvement District or Business Improvement District;

  • Forest means an area of land defined by the minimum values for area size, tree crown cover or an equivalent stocking level, and potential tree height at maturity at the place of growth of the trees as specified for each Member State in Annex II. It includes areas with trees, including groups of growing, young, natural trees, or plantations that have yet to reach the minimum values for tree crown cover or an equivalent stocking level or minimum tree height as specified in Annex II, including any area that normally forms part of the forest area but on which there are temporarily no trees as a result of human intervention, such as harvesting, or as a result of natural causes, but which area can be expected to revert to forest;

  • Roomer means a person occupying a dwelling unit that lacks a major bathroom or kitchen facility, in a structure where one or more major facilities are used in common by occupants of the dwelling unit and other dwelling units. Major facility in the case of a bathroom means toilet, or either a bath or shower, and in the case of a kitchen means refrigerator, stove or sink.

  • TELRIC means Total Element Long-Run Incremental Cost.
