TCI Information shall have the meaning specified in Section 2.1(f).

TCI Information means: (A) confidential plans, information, research, development, trade secrets, business affairs and other proprietary material of TCI; and (B) TCI's proprietary computer programs, including software, documentation, and all data, code, techniques, algorithms, methods, logic, architecture, and designs embodied or incorporated therein.

Examples of TCI Information in a sentence

  • TCI Information" means: (A) confidential plans, information, research, development, trade secrets, business affairs and other proprietary material of TCI; and (B) TCI's proprietary computer programs, including software, documentation, and all data, code, techniques, algorithms, methods, logic, architecture, and designs embodied or incorporated therein.

  • The --------- exact location of the Building shall be agreed upon by Landlord and Tenant within thirty (30) days after the date that the conditions set forth in paragraph 2.C. have been satisfied.
