TCHA shall retain ownership in the Property and shall convey a leasehold interest in a Lot to a Homeowner separate and apart from the conveyance by TCHA of the Unit to such Homeowner.
As determined necessary by TCHA or the Lessor, the Association shall be obligated to replace the landscaping originally provided on the Common Area by TCHA.

Contractor shall provide copies of said certificates to the TCHA.
