In such case, TCFC will credit the Loan Accounts with only the net amounts of cash received by TCFC in payment of Accounts, less all costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) incurred by TCFC in connection with the settlement or adjustment of such disputes and claims and the collection of such Accounts.
Other than any liability incident to such claims, litigation, proceedings or inquiries, there are no material contingent obligations not provided for or referred to in financial statements heretofore furnished to TCFC.
NSF FEE: TCFC shall charge Dealer a fee of $25.00 for each check of Dealer that is returned unpaid for non-sufficient funds.
